Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Tradieplus website and the free resources we make available here. They sit alongside any signed engagement letter — if there's a conflict, the engagement letter wins for that piece of work.
Services
Tradieplus provides marketing, branding, and business growth services tailored for Australian tradespeople. Information on this site is general in nature and isn't a substitute for advice tailored to your business.
Engagement
Paid work is governed by a separate signed engagement letter that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and the performance benchmark for the engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer until that engagement letter is signed by both parties.
Performance benchmark
Most engagements include a written performance benchmark — see our FAQ for how this works in practice. If we miss the benchmark in your first 90 days, the remedy is set out in your engagement letter.
Payment terms
Unless your engagement letter says otherwise, retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and project fees are invoiced at agreed milestones. Standard terms are 14 days from invoice date. Late accounts may be paused until brought current.
Intellectual property
On full payment of the relevant invoice, ownership of deliverables (logos, artwork, websites, written content created specifically for you) transfers to you, including working files. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be brought in the courts of New South Wales.
