Common questions.

How do I know it works before I pay anything?
You run the 30-day trial. We set the campaign up and manage it for a month at no charge, and go as hard as we can at bringing work in. At day 30 you look at the actual calls and enquiries it produced and decide whether to stay on. There are no lead quotas or performance benchmarks in the deal — the trial itself is the test.
How much does tradie marketing cost?
Your first 30 days of ad management are free for new clients, setup included. After that it's $100/wk for your first ad and $50/wk for each ad after that — same price on Google or Meta. Artwork is $50 per piece. Websites from $1,500, AI setup from $1,200. Your ad spend is separate — paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never marked up. Full rate card on our pricing page.
Do you lock me into a long-term contract?
No. There is nothing to sign for the 30-day trial, and after it ad management is billed weekly — no minimum terms, no exit fees. Pause or remove an ad any time and you stop paying for it.
Can I try it before I commit to anything?
Yes — new clients get 30 days of ad management free, one per business, with the setup included so there is no build fee to get started. There is no contract to sign or cancel. The only money you spend is your ad budget, which goes straight to Google or Meta on your own card at a cap you set. If it hasn't earned its keep by day 30, you leave and you've paid us nothing.
Which trades do you work with?
Electricians, plumbers, builders, carpenters, landscapers, roofers, painters, tilers, concreters, mechanics and HVAC. If it involves a ute and a quote, we can help.
Do I need to be a TradiePlus member to use your services?
No. Marketing, branding and growth services are sold standalone. Membership adds group buying, app access and the network — useful in addition, not a prerequisite.
Where are you based?
King Street, Newcastle NSW. We work with tradies across Australia — mostly remote, with occasional on-site visits for photo and video shoots.
