Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tradieplus handles the information you share with us through our website, forms, calls and ongoing engagements. We keep it short and plain-spoken on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit a contact, enquiry or playbook form we collect your name, email address and phone number. If you book a call we may also collect your business name, trade, suburb and a short description of what you'd like help with. We don't ask for anything we don't actually need.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, deliver any free resources you've requested, and keep you in the loop with occasional marketing communications. Every marketing email includes a one-click opt-out, and we honour it immediately.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with non-essential third parties. We don't run retargeting pixels that follow you around the web for months. Our trusted processors (email host, analytics, CRM) only ever see the information they strictly need to do their job.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find us and which pages are useful. GA4 stores an anonymous identifier in a first-party cookie. You can opt out at any time using your browser's privacy controls or a "Do Not Track" extension.
Your rights
Under Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access the information we hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days, usually much faster.
Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about how we handle your data? Email admin@tradieplus.com. If we can't resolve it together you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
