After more than a decade running a premium building company, our founder kept noticing the same pattern in conversations with other tradies: brilliant on the tools, frustrated everywhere else. Marketing was guesswork. Quotes were leaking money. Hiring was a coin flip.

Jesse started building at 17 — apprenticeship, hammer, ute, the lot. By his late twenties he was running a high-end residential building company, and he kept it running for 12 years.
In 2023 he stepped back from the tools and went the other way entirely: software engineering. The tradie who codes — which is why TradiePlus builds its own websites, automations and AI receptionists in-house instead of reselling someone else's.
He kept seeing the same thing everywhere: brilliant tradies stuck on site, with no time, no systems and no real partner helping them grow the business behind the business. TradiePlus is what came next — the agency, app and members' club he wishes he'd had a decade ago.
