After running a premium building company, our founder kept noticing the same pattern in conversations with other tradies: brilliant on the tools, frustrated everywhere else. Marketing was guesswork. Quotes were leaking money. Hiring was a coin flip.

Jesse started out building — apprenticeship, hammer, ute, the lot. He went on to run a high-end residential building company.
In 2023 he stepped back from the tools and went the other way entirely: software engineering. The tradie who codes — which is why TradiePlus builds its own websites, automations and AI receptionists in-house instead of reselling someone else's.
