Will I have to learn new software?
No. We work inside the tools you already use — Tradify, ServiceM8, Xero, Gmail, Outlook. Automation runs in the background; your team logs into the same things they always have.
What if my current setup is a mess?
Most of them are. Part of the audit is identifying what to clean up first. We won't automate chaos — we'll tidy what needs tidying, then build flows on top.
Do I need to be on a specific CRM?
No. We work with Tradify, ServiceM8, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or just spreadsheets + Gmail. We pick the simplest stack that does the job.
What happens if Zapier or one of the tools changes pricing?
We rebuild on the cheapest reliable platform — usually Make.com or n8n. Maintenance fee covers re-platforming if a tool we use changes terms.
